FISHING REPORT 11/9/2024

After an extremely tough summer of Striper fishing, the water temperatures have cooled enough to produce some great action. We are catching easy limits daily of 18——to 26-inch Striped bass, all on artificial baits.

Hello, I'm Pat Small, welcome to my website.
I am a professional fishing guide and have spent the past 48 years fishing Lake Whitney. If you want to catch a big Striper on Lake Whitney then you have found the right person with the knowledge and experience to help you realize your goal. I know where the fish are and I know how to catch 'em! Come and enjoy a great outdoor adventure that's lots of fun for the entire family.

Here are some things you need to know:

1.  You will need a fishing license. You can get it online from Texas Parks and Wildlife at:

 www.tpwd.state.tx.us/publications/annual/general/information/

Or, you can get a license from a local agent. The above website has a list of agents nearest you.

2.  All fishing tackle and bait will be furnished. At the end of the trip, your fish will be cleaned and bagged for you. Bring an ice chest with Ice to carry home your filets.

You may also want to bring along drinks and snacks.

For your comfort and safety, we will be fishing from a 21-foot champion, bay champ boat with a 250 HP mercury optimax pro xs engine. Champion's rough water performance is legendary with one of the best handling, smoothest riding hulls built.

Now that you have found me, let's go catch some fish
